Located in Taibaihu New Area, Jining, east China's Shandong Province, the Jining Cultural Center is a large-scale public complex integrating culture and daily life. Comprising four major venues—a mass art center, library, museum and art museum—it covers a total construction area of about 135,800 square meters. The mass art center highlights artistic charm with "Lujin" elements; the library's square design echoes the roots of Confucian culture; the museum uses natural light to create a humanistic atmosphere; and the art museum offers a bright, open space with a lotus leaf-shaped roof. These venues provide diverse spaces for cultural experiences and leisure, becoming a new symbol of Jining's urban identity.
